After a failed exam attempt, a 7-day lockout applies before your next included attempt. Use it to review — your weakest areas are shown after each attempt.

Validity and cancellation, on a calendar
Canceling does not erase the earned date. Live status changes at the stated period end under the published validity rules. Here is how that plays out.
February 1, 2027 — you join
You start an annual membership. Your paid period runs through February 1, 2028.
March 2, 2027 — you pass
Your credential is issued with a permanent earned date and a live status of VALID.
June 10, 2027 — you cancel
Nothing changes yet. Your membership and live verification run to the end of the period you paid for.
February 1, 2028 — period ends
The live status changes to LAPSED. The page and earned date stay put — resubscribe later and the same credential returns to VALID, no re-exam required.
