Certification catalog

Five credentials that prove different parts of job readiness.

ChatterCert offers five certifications covered by one membership ($14.99/mo or $99/yr): Certified in Infloww, Certified in FansMetric, and Certified in CreatorHero for CRM platforms, plus English Proficiency and OF Chat Language. Each one is verified by a live link, and each one proves a different, specific skill.

One vague “chatter certificate” would prove nothing. Separate credentials let an agency see exactly which platform you can run, how strong your written English is, and whether you speak the language of the job — and check each claim at the source.

Platform certifications

Each platform credential proves you can operate a specific CRM the way agency teams actually use it. Infloww is enrollable now in beta; FansMetric and CreatorHero are in production — joining now means founding-launch access when they open.

Infloww

Enrolling now

The chatter-facing Infloww workflows agencies expect — Messages Pro, Vault Pro, Smart Messages, attribution, and account safety.

Enrolling now (beta).

FansMetric

Founding launch

FansMetric's chatter workflows from inbox to payout tracking, taught for day-one usefulness on an agency team.

In production — join the founding launch.

CreatorHero

Founding launch

CreatorHero's app and extension workflows for chatters, from conversation handling to team coordination.

In production — join the founding launch.

Language certifications

Two separate signals: English Proficiency measures general written English on a CEFR-aligned scale, and OF Chat Language covers the job's own terminology and register — taught SFW.

English Proficiency

Enrolling now

A CEFR-aligned assessment of the written English chat work actually uses: reading, vocabulary, grammar, register, and timed writing.

Open now (beta levels).

OF Chat Language

Enrolling now

The job's own vocabulary — terminology, abbreviations, and register — taught SFW and tested with a focused assessment.

Enrolling now (beta).

The English credential is CEFR-aligned, not CEFR certified, and it is not an IELTS or TOEFL equivalent. English Proficiency levels carry a beta marker while scoring cutoffs are calibrated against real attempts.

Certification questions

Which ChatterCert certification should I take first?
Most chatters start with the CRM platform their target agencies use — Certified in Infloww is open now in beta. If you are strongest on tools and unsure about language, start with English Proficiency or OF Chat Language instead. There is no required order between the five membership certifications.
How many exam attempts do I get?
Each certification includes 2 exam attempts with membership. A failed attempt starts a 7-day lockout before your next included attempt, and a paid retake ($24.99) starts a fresh attempt without waiting out the lockout.
Are exam scores shown publicly?
No. The public credential page shows the credential name, your display name, the earned date, the current status, and the course version. Numeric exam scores are never public. English Proficiency shows a CEFR-aligned level, with a beta marker while scoring cutoffs are calibrated.
How long does a certification stay valid?
The earned date is permanent. Live verification stays active while your membership is active — or for 12 months on the standalone English Proficiency purchase. If it ends, the credential shows as lapsed at the stated period end, and it returns to valid when you resubscribe.
Is ChatterCert affiliated with Infloww, FansMetric, or CreatorHero?
No. ChatterCert is an independent training and certification platform. Each platform name is a trademark of its owner, and certification does not imply endorsement by any platform or employer.
