Certified in Infloww — Level 1 is an independent certification that proves a chatter can operate Infloww, the CRM platform many OnlyFans agencies run their chat teams on. It is a 10-module course with a timed 50-question final exam. Passing issues a live credential page that employers verify at the source — never a PDF.
Why agencies ask for it — and why chatters earn it
Agencies lose real money finding out, mid-trial, that a new chatter cannot work the CRM. A candidate who is Certified in Infloww has already shown they can run Messages Pro, send priced PPVs from the vault, and read their own sales numbers.
For chatters, the credential replaces “I know Infloww” on an application with a link an employer can check in seconds. No client screenshots. No leaked fan data. Just proof.
What you will be able to do
- Work every pane of Messages Pro — Split Inbox, Multi-Window, SFW and Idle modes — without colliding with teammates.
- Read a fan's spend, purchase history, and tags in under ten seconds, and leave notes the next chatter can act on.
- Run the full vault-to-PPV send in Vault Pro, and use the sent-status safeguards so a fan never gets the same content twice.
- Tell the seven Smart Message automation triggers apart, and choose correctly between a priority mass message and an OF mass message.
- Use the AI Translator and AI Copilot the right way — always reviewing output before it sends.
- Explain exactly how Infloww credits a sale to you, and spot a timezone quirk in your reports.
- Run the standard troubleshooting sequence, and know which problems go to a manager or to support.

Every module ends with a quiz. You need 80% to move on, with unlimited retries.

The final exam
- 50 questions, 60-minute limit, pass at 80%.
- Questions come from a randomized bank of about 150 items, so no two attempts look the same.
- One question at a time, no going back — answers never leave the server.
- Scenario questions are required, not trivia. They test how you would act in the tool.
- Two attempts are included. After a second failed attempt there is a 7-day lockout, then paid retakes at $24.99.
The credential agencies check, live
Passing issues a live credential page at its own URL. Employers see the holder, the credential, the date, and a status badge that is checked at the source. Below is a sample.

Prerequisites

You do not need an Infloww seat to finish the course. Every hands-on step is backed by real screenshots and guided walkthroughs. If your agency provides a sandbox seat, even better.

Is this an official Infloww certification?
No. ChatterCert is independent. “Certified in Infloww” describes what the course teaches — operating the Infloww platform. Infloww has not endorsed or sponsored it, and no affiliation is implied.
Do I need my own Infloww account to take the course?
No. The course is fully completable from its screenshots and guided walkthroughs. A sandbox or agency seat helps for practice but is not required, and the exam never asks you to log in anywhere.
How long does the Infloww certification take?
About 6.5 hours of learning across 10 modules, plus a 60-minute final exam. Most people spread it over one to three evenings.
What happens if I fail the final exam?
You get two attempts included. After a second failed attempt there is a 7-day lockout, and further retakes cost $24.99. Module quizzes are different — those allow unlimited retries.
How does an agency verify the credential?
Every credential is a live page on chattercert.com with a status badge — Valid, Lapsed, or Revoked. Employers open the link or scan the QR code, and can ask the holder to confirm control of the bound email. Screenshots and PDFs are never authoritative.
Does the certification expire?
The certified date is permanent. The live Valid badge requires an active membership; if membership lapses, the badge shows Lapsed until you resubscribe — no re-exam needed.
Does this course teach chatting or sales technique?
No. It teaches how to operate Infloww — the tool itself. Conversation skills are covered by ChatterCert's separate Chatter Training track, and written English by the English Proficiency assessment.
